Aluminum processing refers to the processing of aluminum ingots by plastic processing methods. The main methods are rolling, extrusion, stretching and forging. Processed products refer to various aluminum materials produced by plastic deformation process, also called semi-finished products, that is, plates, strips, foils, tubes, rods, shapes, wires, forgings, powders and pastes, etc., for users to manufacture aluminum products.
According to different processing technologies, aluminum processed products can be divided into two categories: one is the aluminum profile produced by the melt casting-extrusion process; the other is the aluminum plate and aluminum foil produced by the hot-cold rolling process. Among them, aluminum profiles are mainly used in the fields of construction and industry, while aluminum strip and foil are mainly used in the fields of home appliances and food and beverage.
